Coexistence of Cultures and Faiths: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam in Southern Spain and the Maghreb aboard Corinthian II
April 6 to 15, 2012

Join the SBMA on this cruise through Spain and Morocco exploring how the world’s three major monotheistic religions lived and worked together in the area known as Al-Andalus to produce a legacy, architecture, and works of art that have endured through the centuries. The Corinthian II has 57 exterior-facing suites accommodating a maximum of 114 guests. A team of lecturers will share their broad and well-informed perspective on the cultural and religious forces that shaped this part of the world. From $7,995 per person, double occupancy.
