Impressionist Revolution Exhibition (September ‘25 to February ‘26)

Join in on the excitement of our upcoming Impressionist Revolution from Monet to Matisse Exhibition from September 8th, 2025 through February 9, 2026 and our other highly anticipated exhibitions in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara. 

Security Guards wanted and welcome to secure our galleries for up to 19 hours/week with a variable schedule and hours may be scheduled on weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

Duties include patrolling the Museum to prevent theft, damage and injuries, monitoring and reporting any security or safety irregularities, and providing information to visitors. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and effective communication and customer service skills. Some security or law enforcement experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

• Temporary status not eligible for benefits
• Position is eligible for 40 hours of paid sick leave
• Compensation: $20.00/hour
• Successful Background Check required
