“Working and creating with glass has become my medium of choice as an artist. I have kiln-fired glass objects, created flame work glass beads and painted gold-leaf on glass beads. For me, glass provides a wonderful surface to use with a variety of textures, colors, and finishes.

In my studio in Santa Monica, California, I create glass necklaces from the beautiful, colorful glass beads sourced directly from Venice and Murano Italy.  My necklaces are contemporary in design and can add color, interest and sophistication to the outfit of the wearer. I have also recently added to the collection necklaces from very creative and talented artisans from Murano and Venice” - Joan Grieff
