Visit North India, where ancient traditions define daily life and tales of gods and demons, kings, queens and court intrigues, carved in stone and painted on wood, come alive. The splendor of huge forts and ornate palaces provides an enduring reminder of India’s glorious past, while daily encounters with the rituals and traditions that have survived through the ages provide a uniquely memorable experience. For the Museum’s 36th trip to India, we are revisiting past travelers’ favorite places and adding fresh experiences. The two-week tour, timed to coincide with the 14th annual India Art Fair in Delhi, will be based in the following cities where most of the five-star hotels have consistently been listed among the top hotels of the world:
