A Full-Time Security Guard is needed to join our Security Team. Duties include patrolling the Museum to prevent theft, damage, and injuries, monitoring and reporting any security or safety irregularities, and providing information to visitors. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and effective communication and customer service skills. Some security or law enforcement experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

• Full Time at ~40 hours/week is eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax plans, life insurance, and more. Accrued vacation up to ~15 days, 32 hours paid sick leave reissued annually, and 13 paid holidays. 403b eligibility with match after a year of service, Downtown SB BikeSpot membership, and more.
• Compensation:  $15.00/hour with potential increase 1/1/22.
• Successful Background Check and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required.
